We are looking for an experienced Senior Motion Designer to join our Marketing Team in Helsinki or Dublin.

 

In this role, you will…

  • Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all motion assets, ensuring they align with our brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Help elevate our brand by defining a distinctive and cohesive motion language.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project objectives and translate them into engaging video content.
  • Stay updated on animation trends, video best practices, and emerging tools to continuously elevate the quality and creativity of our motion design work.

 

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…

  • Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media, digital ads, marketing campaigns, and events.
  • Edit and enhance video content using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar, ensuring smooth pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
  • Create and animate visual elements for web and mobile applications, prioritizing user engagement and brand coherence.
  • As part of a small creative team, you'll occasionally support static digital design needs, including banners, covers, and templates.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, bringing animation ideas to the table and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage multiple motion projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

 

This position is for you if you have…

  • Extensive experience and a portfolio demonstrating skills in motion design, animation, and video editing (social campaigns, ads, product explainers, event reels, etc.)
  • Proficient timing, pacing, and composition in animated content
  • Meticulous attention to detail with solid skills in typography and layout design. Capability to professionally lead visual projects while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Willingness to contribute to defining and evolving a brand's unique motion language
  • Professional proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator (Photoshop)
  • Proficiency in Figma; comfortable creating static visuals on brand (e.g., banners, covers)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (especially Google Slides for presentation animations)
  • Ability to manage one's own tasks and within collaborative teams
  • Effective communication and presentation skills

 

We also appreciate it if you have…

  • Bachelor's degree in motion design, animation, graphic design, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with 3D animation or tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar
  • Knowledge of creative AI tools for video and animation workflows
  • Advanced illustration or visual storytelling skills for animated content
  • Sound design or basic audio editing knowledge
  • Experience working in a SaaS company
