How we hire
We're hiring for a diverse, high-performing, and collaborative team and building an inclusive workplace where everyone is treated fairly and respectfully. The recruitment process is an opportunity for both you and us to see if we're a match for each other.
The steps vary depending on the role and team you're applying to.
Generally speaking, you can expect the following:

An initial screen with a recruiter to explore the match between you and the role.

Interviews with your hiring manager and team members, diving deeper into your skills and learning more about the work you'd be doing.

An assignment where you'll show how you'd approach your work in the day-to-day.

The final call where, if everything goes well, we get to welcome you to our team!

We have offices currently in Helsinki, Dublin, Singapore, and Vilnius.
Depending on your role, you can join us remotely in various locations across the globe, including the United States, Canada, Portugal, Spain, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

We're experienced in helping our new team members move and settle into their new home country.
We offer a full relocation package, which includes the following:
Professional support throughout the relocation process and the paperwork from a trusted relocation partner. Our new joiners highly recommend their services!
Covering travel and permit application costs for you and your family.
Depending on your needs, we'll cover your first two months in a furnished apartment until you find your new home.
We'll set you up for success from day one
Before your start date, we'll keep you in the loop about what to expect in your first weeks. Our People Ops team, together with your manager are there for you if you have any questions.
Your first day at work — Superday — is reserved for setting up your tools and devices, participating in orientation training, and meeting up with your manager.
We fly new team members into our HQ in Helsinki for an in-person onboarding week!
