We're seeking a dynamic and experienced MarTech Solutions Engineer (fluent in French, Spanish, or German) to join our growing Solutions Engineering team in Dublin or Helsinki!
This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of the digital marketing and advertising landscape.
In this role, you will...
- Leverage your deep MarTech expertise to showcase Supermetrics' solutions and value proposition to key clients, collaborating closely with our Sales team to drive strategic partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating how Supermetrics empowers marketers to unlock actionable insights from their data.
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include...
- Acting as a product expert when showcasing Supermetrics’ range of products to our customers and prospects
- Demonstrating clear outcomes for both business and technical stakeholders specific to the marketing domain
- Following product releases and new features, assisting in training new hires and colleagues.
- Document and relay customer feedback and requirements to our product development team, ensuring our solutions address the evolving needs of the marketing ecosystem.
- Developing a deep understanding of the Supermetrics products, working closely with our support team and product development teams to resolve critical technical issues.
- Understand the fundamentals of the entire data stack, and quickly learning new data systems relevant to the Martech ecosystem to support the sales team
This position is for you if you have...
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role or from agency background
- Understanding of the MarTech or Adtech landscape, including ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value of technical solutions to marketing professionals and executives.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and SQL-based analytics, with knowledge of Python, R, or dbt being a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of or hands-on experience with tools from the following categories are expected:
- BI and Dashboarding Technologies: Looker Studio/Looker, PowerBI, Tableau
- Cloud Data Warehouses: Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Amazon Redshift
- Cloud Infrastructure Providers: GCP, AWS, Azure
