How to use the template
To get started, make sure that you’ve got access to Facebook account with either Administrator access to the connected Page, or (if you're using Business Manager) Page Editor access to the Page. Also make sure and that you’re logged in to Power BI. Note that connecting the template to Facebook will start a 14 day free trial of Supermetrics for Power BI.
- Log in to Supermetrics Hub.
- On the Power BI page in Supermetrics Hub, click "Create new query", pick Facebook Insights as the data source, and log in. You have now connected Supermetrics to Power BI.
- Next, you have to download the template. Click ‘Get the template’ below. The download will start automatically.
- Open the template in Power BI. Click 'Refresh' in Home Tab.
- If prompted, sign in to the same account you used in Supermetrics Hub. After this, the template will fetch all your data in the report, ready for you to derive insights.
