Apply for this roleWe're seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Customer Solutions team in Sydney, Australia!
In this role, you'll support the entire customer journey, from pre-sales to onboarding new customers to helping existing customers get the most value from our products. You'll also play a role in enabling our growing number of regional implementation partners. You'll collaborate closely with our Sales, Customer Success, Product, Partner Sales & Success and Support teams. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first Senior Solutions Architect for Supermetrics in the growing JAPAC region.
Your work will turn users into customers for life by…
Architecting the optimal implementations of Supermetrics for our most technically demanding prospects during their pre-sales phase:
- Assisting in qualifying deals and running demos of our products outlining how customers can accomplish their goals with Supermetrics
- Working alongside prospects to ensure successful trials
- Running Proof-of-Concept projects for potential high-profile customers
Onboarding our high-profile customers:
- Onboarding new customers to help customers reach the initial goals set when purchasing Supermetrics
- Providing technical training, acting as a product expert, and consulting the customer on best practices and use cases
- Taking an active approach to developing our onboarding process, documentation, and collaboration with other teams
Supporting customers throughout their journey beyond pre-sales and onboarding:
- Being a trusted partner by helping them to optimize their setup, resolve their challenges and escalate issues internally on behalf of the customer
- Documenting and delivering product feedback and new customer requirements to the Supermetrics product development team
Expert Services & Delivery Partner Collaboration:
- We have an Expert Services team in our Helsinki HQ and are expanding our implementation partner network in JAPAC
- You'll work with our Partner Sales & Sucess colleagues to help enable new delivery partners in the JAPAC region
This role is for you if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
- A firm understanding of the fundamentals of the entire data stack and able to quickly learn new data systems to support Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product and Expert Services teams
- Marketing domain knowledge is a very strong advantage
- Proactive self-starter with solid organizational skills
- Excellent story-telling and presentation skills with the ability to build trust with both technical and business or executive audiences
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with one tool from each category are desired:
- BI Tools: Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik or AWS Quicksight
- Cloud Data Warehouses: Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Amazon Redshift, Azure SQL DB
- Data Lakes: Google Cloud Storage, AWS S3, Azure Storage
- Data modeling: dbt, Dataform, Data Factory, Databricks, Tableau Prep, Cloud Data Fusion, AWS Glue
- General knowledge about permission management or experience with building data applications on GCP, Azure or AWS is an advantage.
