Supermetrics is reinventing how people partnering works. Rather than sitting within one department, our Senior People Partners are embedded across cross-functional Pods, each built around a customer need and run end-to-end as its own business, helping leaders build healthy, well-functioning teams and navigate complexity with organisational psychology and employment law knowledge.

This isn't a policy or transactional HR role. You'll be in the room early, on restructures, performance calls, and team design, acting as a strategic thinking partner who helps leaders make better decisions faster, and challenges them to solve problems through org design, capability, and AI before defaulting to headcount.

In this role you will…

  • Partner with leaders across pods and workstreams, providing a cross-functional people perspective that spans customer problems, teams and organisational requirements
  • Get involved early in restructures, performance concerns, and team design, before decisions are made, not after
  • Act as a thinking partner, using data and cross-company patterns to help leaders decide faster and better
  • Support leaders and their teams through change with clarity, confidence, and minimal disruption to performance
  • Partner with TA and senior leadership on headcount planning, ensuring hiring decisions are deliberate and aligned to strategy
  • Work closely with our People Program & AI Lead to embed AI best practices across the People function

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…

  • Lead monthly Talent Talks, giving leaders visibility into team health, pipeline, and emerging people risks
  • Support bi-annual People Reviews, helping departments build forward-looking people strategies
  • Analyse organisational health data and turn it into clear briefs and recommendations for People leadership
  • Evaluate proposed organizational restructures against sound design principles
  • Coach leaders to conduct more effective performance conversations and manage PIPs on their own
  • Review Talent Talk and Supergrowth outputs, coaching leaders to think at a higher level about team development
  • Own complex employee relations cases end-to-end across relevant jurisdictions
  • Spot patterns across Pods and functions that surface insights for broader People strategy

This position is for you if you have/are…

  • Gained substantial experience (4+ years) as a People Partner, HRBP, or comparable position in a rapidly expanding tech or SaaS organization
  • Influenced senior leaders on org design and team effectiveness, not just HR policy
  • Solid employment law knowledge in at least one European jurisdiction and are comfortable navigating international people matters
  • Facilitated people and performance processes, People Reviews, succession planning, performance management
  • Genuinely curious about AI and how it's reshaping people teams, workforce planning, and org design, staying close to development in AI and automation, bring an informed point of view. 
  • Highly capable of working with people data to identify trends and shape a clear story
  • Able to provide coaching, share perspectives, and interact respectfully with senior stakeholders
  • Commercially minded, connecting people decisions to productivity, cost, and business outcomes
  • Comfortable making progress in complex, unclear environments without close oversight
