We're looking for a Global Workplace Experience Specialist who is as comfortable building AI-driven processes for facilities management as they are organising a great company event. Based in our Helsinki HQ, you'll play an active role in shaping the workplace environment, global compliance, and the key culture moments that connect us, using smart tools and automation to do it better, faster, and at scale.

You'll identify and implement AI-driven solutions that improve how the office runs, how new joiners are welcomed, and how employees experience Supermetrics day to day. If you're motivated by reimagining traditional workplace processes through the lens of modern tech, data, and compliance, this role was built for you.

In this role you will…

  • Own onboarding and offboarding experience end-to-end, blending AI-driven automation with a personal touch
  • Oversee employee engagement and culture programming throughout our global offices
  • Own workplace compliance and Health & Safety standards globally
  • Manage day-to-day workplace operations and digital space management for Helsinki and our global offices

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…

  • Deliver a personalised onboarding experience for every new hire, from welcome packages and office introductions to first-week orientation, using AI to automate and personalise communications and checklists without losing the human touch
  • Continuously improve onboarding using survey data and feedback, partnering closely with People Ops for a seamless handoff
  • Own all Slack communications and automated comms flows related to workplace experience, office updates, events, and culture moments, so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Build and run an annual events plan for global locations, celebrating country-specific cultural events and holidays, and coordinate company events, team celebrations, and cultural initiatives across our global footprint
  • Leverage AI to automate end-to-end event logistics, including vendor procurement and budget management
  • Develop and implement a "Culture Map" plan for Supermetrics
  • Coordinate global Health & Safety initiatives and own workplace compliance across all office locations, using smart systems to track mandatory training, fire audits, and emergency protocols in line with local regulatory standards
  • Develop scalable guidelines and playbooks that help all Supermetrics offices maintain a consistent, high-quality, compliant experience
  • Own the day-to-day running of the Helsinki and global offices, including vendor management, facilities coordination, and budget tracking
  • Deploy and analyse digital floor mapping and occupancy sensor data, translating it into insights that optimise office layouts and inform future real estate decisions
  • Build AI-driven workflows for predictive maintenance, smart desk configuration, and automated procurement, and deploy an AI-powered chatbot to handle employee facility requests

This position is for you if you have/are…

  • 3+ years in employee experience, workplace operations, people operations, or a closely related role
  • Practical experience building or implementing AI-driven processes — you've deployed AI tools (e.g., Claude, chatbot builders) to solve real problems
  • Familiarity with managing and supporting Health & Safety protocols and workplace compliance
  • A people-first approach: you use technology to enhance the human experience, not replace it, and you manage priorities effectively
  • Experience using occupancy data, surveys, or space analytics to guide operational decisions
  • Based in Helsinki, with a collaborative working style and occasional flexibility to travel
