We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Architect to join our Professional Services team in the United States. This role is fully remote, with hiring available in the following states:
Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Florida, Indiana, New Jersey, South Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, New York, Texas, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Vermont, and Virginia.
In this role, you will…
- Own and execute end-to-end technical implementations for customers across NAM
- Design scalable solutions that translate complex business and data requirements into clear technical architectures
- Define requirements and shape specifications for AI-assisted delivery workflows and automation tooling
- Provide feedback loops from real-world implementations to continuously improve automation capabilities
- Support pre-sales through demos and proof-of-concept projects for strategic prospects
- Onboard and train customer teams to maximize the value they get from our platform
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…
- Leading onboarding programs that translate customer goals into effective platform setup using out-of-the-box solutions
- Designing and delivering bespoke training and enablement sessions tailored to each customer's use cases and team structure
- Leading customer workshops to define integration architecture, data flows, and use case implementation strategies
- Implementing custom solutions using JavaScript, Python, APIs, and SQL to meet specific customer requirements
- Identifying repeatable patterns and manual processes that are strong candidates for automation
- Running product demos and executing proof-of-concept projects for strategically important deals
- Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to align technical outcomes with business value
This position is for you if you have…
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or technical consulting within Martech SaaS companies (Martech experience is essential).
- Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and system architecture
- Hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, Python, SQL, and database management
- Experience with data pipelines, ingestion, and transformation processes
- A track record of managing implementation timelines across multiple concurrent customer projects
- Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills in customer-facing roles
- Curiosity about AI and eagerness to help define how it should be applied to real delivery challenges
The on target earnings (OTE) for this role is $120K to $180K USD annually. These figures reflect the compensation offered for remote U.S. based candidates. Actual earnings may vary depending on individual performance against targets.The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
