Supermetrics is the trusted marketing brain behind AI-first marketing, helping thousands of businesses turn data into decisions. Our partner program is real: 18 months of infrastructure, live co-sell motions, and an expanding partner portfolio. Now we need someone to own the health and enablement layer in North America.
Reporting to the Global Director of Professional Services, you'll ensure partners are technically capable, commercially engaged, and growing their impact with Supermetrics. You turn a signed partnership into a thriving one through technical advisory, ongoing health monitoring, and genuine investment in partner success. This is not a reactive support role.
This role is fully remote, with hiring available in the following states: Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Florida, Indiana, New Jersey, South Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, New York, Texas, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Vermont, and Virginia.
In this role you will..
- Own onboarding for new partners in NAM, product training, certification, data architecture guidance, and joint value proposition development.
- Guide partners on Supermetrics use cases, data warehouse and AI integrations, and analytics implementations including MTA, MMM, and data activation.
- Build and maintain success plans with clear milestones, regular check-ins, and forward momentum on partner revenue and capability goals.
- Monitor engagement signals and relationship health across your portfolio. Flag at-risk partners early and develop intervention plans.
- Synthesize partner feedback and surface recurring themes to Product and Engineering.
- Own partner tooling accuracy across PartnerStack, Crossbeam, Sana, Suger, and Salesforce in collaboration with RevOps.
Day to day responsibilities include...
- Running onboarding sessions, technical walkthroughs, and enablement programs for new and existing partners
- Regularly monitoring portfolio health and reaching out to at-risk or under-engaged partners
- Building success plans and QBR materials in close collaboration with the Partner Sales Manager
- Using AI tools to analyze partner signals, synthesize feedback, and produce enablement content — habitually, not occasionally
- Surfacing partner themes to internal stakeholders in clear, actionable terms
This position is for you if you have/are..
- 3–6 years in partner success, channel enablement, or technical account management in SaaS
- Technically fluent — comfortable discussing data pipelines, APIs, and data warehouse architecture (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks) with partners who live in these systems
- Managed a portfolio of partner relationships without letting health slip at the edges
- Use AI tools habitually and can speak credibly to how they create value for marketing and data teams
- Experienced with PartnerStack, Crossbeam, or comparable partner tooling
- Write and communicate clearly, and can adjust register from data engineer to executive
- MarTech/AdTech SaaS background; experience across SI and technology partners; familiarity with Supermetrics or adjacents like Fivetran, Funnel, or Windsor.ai
What we offer...
- A partner program with real infrastructure and live co-sell motion — you're inheriting something that works and making it better
- A globally distributed team with clear accountability and ownership culture
- Genuine investment in AI fluency — tools, context, and a team that takes it seriously
- Attractive pay and benefits for a Senior individual contributor role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
