We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our rapidly growing enterprise sales team and drive the growth of our enterprise solutions. 

In this role, you’ll own strategic accounts across the US, working with senior leaders at some of the world’s most forward-thinking brands. You’ll guide them in unlocking the value of their first-party data, helping create more personalized customer journeys at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy to target priority verticals, including Travel, Hospitality, and Financial Services.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, consistently winning €100K+ ARR new logos.
  • Run structured discovery to uncover goals, pain points, and decision dynamics, qualifying opportunities using MEDDIC.
  • Build strong business cases that connect customer challenges to measurable outcomes.
  • Drive consensus among multiple stakeholders, engaging champions and economic buyers.
  • Deliver value-driven demos, evaluations, and proposals with clear next steps.
  • Collaborate with SDRs on account strategy, Solutions Engineers on proof of value, and Customer Success on onboarding and long-term success.
  • Contribute customer insights and competitive feedback to refine our go-to-market strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of SaaS closing experience, ideally in Martech or data-oriented SaaS.
  • A proven track record of closing €100K+ ARR enterprise deals in the US market.
  • Experience managing long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPICED.
  • Strong discovery, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
  • Discipline in pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
  • A collaborative, growth-minded approach, eager to share and learn best practices.
  • Based remotely in the US.

Pay Transparency Statement: The base salary range for this role is: $120,000 -145,000 USD annually + On-Target Commission. Total On-Target Earnings: $240,000 - 290,000 USD annually. These figures reflect the compensation offered for remote U.S.based candidates. Actual earnings may vary depending on individual performance against sales targets. In addition to compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including fully paid medical/dental/vision benefits, generous PTO, 401k with matching, options, tech package, home office and wifi stipend.
