Last month, we talked about using our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server to build your own AI connections. We decided to take this one step further and build some of the most popular connections for you.

We have officially launched pre-built integrations for two of the most popular AI assistants. You can now explore your data using natural language directly inside ChatGPT and Claude. Just ask a question and let the chat assistants analyze and visualize the answers for you. It’s that simple.

We’re starting with ChatGPT and Claude, but keep an eye out because Gemini and Copilot integrations are coming very soon.

MCP access comes to all customers

We're excited to announce that the Supermetrics MCP server is now available across all our modern packages.

This update allows you to start experimenting with programmatic data extraction right away. Whether you want to build custom connections through the API directly or use tools like our MCP server and n8n workflows, you now have the access you need. MCP makes it much easier to test, build, and scale automated data solutions across your entire organization.

MCP access includes a row limit based on package tier:

  • Starter: 50,000 rows
  • Growth: 250,000 rows
  • Pro: 500,000 rows

New Supermetrics Dashboards customization: Widget-level filtering

You can now isolate the exact data that matters most by applying filters directly to individual widgets. This update brings the granular control you love in Data Explorer straight into your dashboards.

  • Advanced logic: You can now use AND/OR grouping to create highly specific data drill-downs.
  • Smart recommendations: Once you set your first filter, the system will suggest your previous filters for the next widget to speed up your workflow.
  • Practical Use cases: You can easily filter by Campaign Name to monitor a specific seasonal launch or group multiple countries together to create a custom region like APAC for localized reporting.

Data warehouse system update: Resolving encoding and data quality issues

On March 31, 2026, we’re moving all remaining customers to our advanced League/CSV Generator . We designed this update to eliminate technical friction and make your data much more reliable. We have already emailed affected users with the details.

  • International character support: We fixed previous issues where non-Latin characters, such as Chinese or Arabic, were stripped out or corrupted.
  • Standardized boolean logic: We are ensuring consistent data mapping so your downstream destinations interpret everything correctly. For example, “true” and “false” will now consistently map as boolean values rather than appearing as 1 or NULL .

Recover lost ad data with Supermetrics Signals (Closed alpha)

If you have noticed a gap between your actual sales and what Meta Ads is reporting, you are not alone. Since Apple’s iOS 14 privacy changes, browsers block 30–50% of the conversion data your Meta pixel tries to send to Facebook. This leaves you making decisions based on understated performance and weaker campaign optimization.
