Supermetrics customer event
Super Circle Bangkok
Most of the good thinking never leaves the building.
Someone works out how to make attribution behave. Someone else gets a warehouse to pay for itself, or finds the one AI use case that isn't just a demo. And then it stays inside that team.
Super Circle is our attempt to fix that in Thailand. On September 24, we're bringing together the Supermetrics customers doing very interesting work here and granting them the stage to share their best practices with you. It's a thank you, too. You're the reason we have a business in this market, and this is us saying so properly. This afternoon showcases a well-curated agenda at an exclusive venue, with a chance to build connections with peers and leaders solving the same problems as you.

Why this event is different
- No pitch: Supermetrics is hosting, not presenting. No roadmap slide, no upsell. The stage belongs to customers.
- Small group: Small enough to meet everyone. Small enough that people say what they really think and create meaningful and lasting connections.
- Peers, not vendors: Everyone here does a version of your job. Someone has already solved the thing on your list.
An hour just to talk
The programme ends at 5.20 PM and dinner runs to 6.30 PM.
The sessions are the excuse; the room is the point.
Who's in the room
Senior marketing, analytics and data people from across Thailand — hospitality, energy retail, telco, property, and some of the country's best-known agencies. Different industries, remarkably similar problems and also using Supermetrics.
If you've ever wanted to ask a peer how they really handle reporting across a dozen clients, or what their board actually asks for on a Monday morning, this is the afternoon for it.

One Number, Every Ad Platform: How Primal Ended the Pacing Scramble
Primal runs 5,000+ live campaigns for 300+ brands across Facebook, Google, TikTok and Microsoft. Pacing meant opening every ad manager one at a time, retyping numbers into a sheet, and acting on data that was already a day old. The real blocker wasn't access,it was that no two platforms call the same metric by the same name. Wisantoon (Sun) Jangwongwarus, Data Analytics Lead at Primal, shows how one no-code union blend put 56 dimensions and 384 accounts on a single definition, cut weekly pacing work from two hours to thirty minutes, and ended the argument about whose number is right.

Transforming raw infrastructure into automated, revenue-driving customer journeys.
PTG Energy was generating 10+TB of customer data a day across petrol stations, supermarkets, coffee chains and restaurants and not maximizing on it. Max Me was created to change that, with two people, three months, and a board expecting ROI. Khongkwan, Director of Customer Research and Data Analyst at Max Me Corp, walks through what they built: a card-to-app journey that converted 25% of cardholders and still runs today, and nano-segmentation campaigns that reach as few as 20,000 customers out of 25 million based on real behavior online and off.
Speaker: Chawanrat Trekarnjanavong (Khongkwan), Director of Customer Research and Data Analyst, Max Me Corp

Beyond ROAS: Building an AI-Powered Marketing Intelligence Roadmap
Centara runs media across dozens of platforms, teams and partners. Every one of them reports its own version of success. The result is data silos, inconsistent measurement, no full-funnel view, and budget decisions anchored to platform ROAS. Rabin Gupta, Corporate Director of Digital Marketing at Centara Hotels & Resorts, walks through the roadmap out: consolidating marketing, advertising and booking data into a single source of truth, then layering AI agents and LLMs on top of it. Phase one turns data into insight and optimization. Phase two goes further; prediction, automation, and a commercial intelligence platform the whole business runs on.
Speaker: Rabin Gupta, Corporate Director of Digital Marketing, Centara Hotels & Resorts

Behind Us and Ahead of Us
Three teams, three very different starting points, one shared problem: data that wouldn't agree with itself. Fran sits down with Sun from Primal, Rabin from Centara and Max Me to compare notes: what they underestimated, what they'd tell themselves at the start, and what broke that nobody warned them about. Then the conversation turns forward, and we learn about what each of them is building next, where AI actually earns its place, and what the job looks like when the arguing about numbers finally stops. Consider this a door opener to what you'd like to ask them during the networking session right after!
