Code of conduct
At Supermetrics, we are committed to acting ethically in all aspects of our business and to maintaining high standards of honesty, integrity and fairness. We respect all Finnish and EU laws & regulations that are applicable to our business.
Furthermore, we agree that we will:
- Communicate information about our business clearly and accurately in a non-discriminatory manner and in accordance with local regulations.
- Maintain a fair and ethical workplace for all our staff, free of bullying, harassment, discrimination and violence. We prohibit the use of all forms of forced labour and any form of human trafficking.
- Not give, offer or accept bribes, whether in cash or otherwise, to or from any third party.
- Not have any personal or family conflicts of interest within our businesses or with our suppliers or other third parties with whom we do business.
- Strive to act in an environmentally responsible manner to reduce the environmental impact of our products and activities, and to respect all local environmental legislation applicable to our business.
