Customer Success Manager, APAC

Facilitate key customer connections in APAC while guiding effective marketing teams in their use of data to enhance growth.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team in Singapore. You will work with Supermetrics’ most strategic customers across APAC, acting as a trusted advisor to senior marketing and business leaders. This role combines strategic account ownership, commercial growth, and deep marketing data proficiency.

In this role, you will…

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise and mid-market customers across APAC
  • Act as a strategic advisor to marketing leaders, helping them improve ROI, campaign performance, and data maturity
  • Promote renewals and stimulate expansion by discovering new use cases and growth possibilities within your accounts
  • Manage executive-level conversations that connect marketing data to business outcomes
  • Represent customer needs internally and shape product direction with regional insights

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…

  • Managing a tiered book of business of 50-plus accounts, with a high-touch approach for your most strategic customers
  • Leading Executive Business Reviews focused on impact, value, and long-term customer satisfaction
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Product to support account growth and retention
  • Advising customers on marketing measurement topics such as privacy changes, GA4, and cookieless tracking
  • Supporting customers across the full lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion

This position is for you if you have…

  • 4 plus years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management in SaaS, MarTech, or Data Analytics
  • Direct experience with digital marketing or performance marketing, such as Google Ads, Meta, SEO, PPC, or programmatic platforms
  • Effective commercial skills, including renewal ownership and expansion discovery
  • The ability to turn data into clear stories and recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Experience working with complex marketing data flows and reporting tools
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to cultivate relationships
  • Professional fluency in English. Additional languages such as Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, or Thai are valued
  • Experience working with customers across South East Asia or Greater China is valued
