Senior Total Rewards Partner

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Total Rewards partner to own and evolve our global compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy as we continue to scale. 

This is a senior, high-impact role that combines strategic design with hands-on execution, ensuring our compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable and aligned with our business goals. You will work closely with the Leadership Team, Finance, and HRBP’s to design the frameworks and tools that underpin how we attract, retain and reward great talent at Supermetrics.

In this role, you will… 

  • Partner with Leadership Team to define and implement a clear company-wide compensation philosophy that supports growth, fairness and transparency.
  • Manage and continuously evolve our global job architecture, pay levels, and total rewards framework across all entities.
  • Oversee and run bi-annual salary reviews, annual bonus planning and calculation, and global compensation budgeting in partnership with Finance. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our leaders and HR Business Partners on compensation, job levelling and total rewards decisions. 
  • Support the VP, People in preparing insights and recommendations for Leadership Team and Board-level discussions.
  • Own and manage all Rewards-related programs and processes across base pay, variable pay, and benefits for our global workforce
  • Support Finance and Legal with day to day equity administration.
  • Lead strategic initiatives in job architecture, pay equity, compensation benchmarking, pay transparency, and total rewards communications
  • Build manager capability through workshops and guidance on compensation philosophy and total rewards processes.

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…

  • Designing, implementing, and continuously improving the global compensation strategy and pay positioning
  • Maintaining and evolving our job architecture framework, ensuring clear career progression pathways
  • Running compensation cycles: coordinating timelines, tools, manager guidance, and data integrity.
  • Facilitating workshops and providing guidance to people managers on compensation decisions, total rewards philosophy, and related processes.
  • Conducting market benchmarking and providing data-driven recommendations for competitive positioning and equitable compensation bands across all functions.
  • Collaborating with Finance on compensation budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Partnering with Sales, Customer Success leadership, and Revenue Operations team to optimise variable compensation models.
  • Designing and updating annual bonus frameworks to improve performance and retention.
  • Managing relationships with compensation data providers as well as global benefits providers and vendors, evaluating benefits offerings, and making strategic recommendations to enhance our benefits portfolio while balancing cost and employee value.
  • Managing global benefits reviews, renewals, and communication plans in partnership with our provider (NFP).
  • Monitoring compliance and emerging legislation in key markets (EU pay transparency, benefits requirements etc).
  • Staying current on global compensation trends, legal requirements, and best practices to ensure our programs remain competitive and compliant.

This position is for you if you have…

  • Extensive progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or similar roles in a high-growth, global environment.
  • Deep expertise in creating compensation philosophy, design, job architecture framework, pay equity analysis, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing variable pay structures (commissions, bonuses) and equity compensation programs (ESOP/stock options).
  • Proficient analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and business cases.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (HiBob a plus) and compensation planning tools, with experience digitising and improving processes.
  • Knowledge of multi-country compensation practices and compliance requirements within global markets.
  • Proficient stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leadership.
  • Strategic thinking combined with direct execution capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Skilled in project management with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills, with experience educating managers on complex compensation topics.
  • A data-driven, pragmatic approach with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
