These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the Supermetrics Affiliate Contest organized by Supermetrics Oy (”Supermetrics” or “we,” “our” or “us”), and related to the contest, constitute the entire agreement between us and the affiliate eligible to participate in the contest (as described below).

1. Eligibility

Only Supermetrics approved affiliates that are subject to our affiliate program (https://supermetrics.com/affiliate) are eligible to participate in the contest (“you”). By participating in the contest you agree to be bound by these Terms and you warrant that you have the authority to bind the participating affiliate entity to these Terms.

2. Contest Period

The contest will run from August 19, 2024 to October 15, 2024.

Entries must be received by Supermetrics by the end of October 15th, 2024 in order to be eligible.

3. Submission and Content Guidelines

All content submitted to the contest must follow the submission and content guidelines provided by us. We reserve the right to reject any content submitted in our sole discretion.

3.1 The content topic can cover all Supermetrics products.
3.2 Participants’ content must be published online, shareable and sent to affiliates@supermetrics.com with the subject line: Affiliate contest 2024.
3.3 Acceptable formats for submission: product review, blog article, tutorial or guide, case study, video, podcast, online course, social media post.
3.4 Submissions should be a minimum of 1,000 characters in written format or at least 2 minutes long in video format, and it must align with the specified content topic.
3.5 Submissions must be original content and created specifically for our contest; previously published or copied content is not permitted.
3.6 Multiple submissions to the contest are allowed, as long as each entry contains different content and aligns with the contest topic.

4. Prizes

We will select the winner of the contest. The winner will be notified by email.

The winner of the contest will receive a $150 USD bonus added to their total commissions, payable on the next commission payment day following the end of the contest.

5. Publication of the Submissions

By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, and create derivative works of the content in any media, including but not limited to social media and other marketing platforms.

By submitting content to the contest, you warrant and represent that they are the owner of the content and that the content does not infringe any rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from a breach of this warranty.

6. Other terms

We are not liable for any costs, expenses or damages related to your participation in the contest or otherwise in relation to these Terms. Supermetrics reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law and any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract shall be finally settled by courts in Finland.
