Lead Software Developer
(Connectors Team)

We're looking for a lead software developer to manage our Connectors team. Your role will be to help improve existing and develop new data connectors as well as manage and grow the team. You will have a major role in developing for both our current products (such as our popular Google Sheets add-on) and new products that we plan to release in the future.

We expect you to have at least 8 years of experience working as a developer and several years as a manager. You should be familiar with all the technologies we use, mainly managing APIs, PHP development, Linux administration and cloud computing tools. You should have a wide range of knowledge and interest in different technologies, so with your expertise you can guide the technology choices we make. As with every Superhero, with great power comes great responsibility!

Requirements:

  • > 8 years of experience in application development
  • Management and leadership experience
  • Strong PHP development skills
  • Experience in automated testing environments and version control systems
  • Linux admin skills
  • Database admin & SQL skills
  • Experience of working with cloud computing, preferably AWS
  • Strong English skills

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our expansion to the Business Intelligence market with our new Tableau and other BI products.

You will have a major role in everything from designing the pricing & marketing strategy, building a partner sales network, and having a product manager role for these products. You will be working with our engineering team to develop the products based on user feedback.

Super Demand Generation Manager

We're looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to help us accelerate the growth of our SaaS products and cement our position as the #1 online marketing reporting tool.

You’ll be responsible for developing the demand generation strategy for Supermetrics and executing programs that drive user and revenue growth. To be successful, you will need to have a strong vision for how to define and measure success and relentlessly focus on providing value for marketers around the world.

You will work on:

  • User growth & demand generation: Build and execute demand generation strategies
  • Marketing automation: Implement a marketing automation platform, develop strategy, segment audiences, A/B test and optimise campaigns to maximise results, execute email nurture campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Conversion rate optimization / funnels: Track funnel analytics and build demand generation forecast models, measure performance against forecast, optimize conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in demand generation, marketing automation, conversation rate optimization
  • Experience in defining and measuring funnel and customer success metrics, running A/B tests
  • Experience in implementing marketing automation, CRM, analytics software (i.e. HubSpot, Marketo, Active Campaign, Salesforce)
  • A data-driven mindset and exceptional analytics (+ spreadsheet) skills
  • A creative thinker who build innovative programs that drive high conversion of MQLs
  • Willingness to roll your sleeves up, get into it, and execute (no room for "strategy-only" applicants)
  • Willingness to work in our HQ in Helsinki. For this role, f2f conversation is important.
