2019-12-09:
New functionality added to the location selection drop-downs to support selecting location groups. Clicking the name of the group (or checking the box for it in Data Studio), will select all locations under that grouping. This should make longer lists of locations more manageable and allow for better performance as those groups can be batch called in the API.

Note that these fields are totals per location, and not affected by date range.
